Step 1: Intake submission
Clinics submit patient forms from their telemedicine platform directly into our E-Medical system—or automatically via API. Data is securely captured and standardized to initiate a fully compliant workflow.
Step 2: Clinical review
Licensed providers review each submission for safety and suitability, following up via secure messaging if needed, in line with state telemedicine regulations.
Step 3: Prescription fulfillment
Approved prescriptions are sent electronically to licensed partner pharmacies or the pharmacy of your choice for compliant dispensing and discreet delivery.
Care does not stop at a prescription. Follow-up and ongoing evaluation may be part of your care journey.

Where do you offer your telemedicine services?
Blue North Medical currently operates and provides telemedicine consultations, treatments, and prescriptions solely within the State of Florida. Patients must be located in Florida to receive care.
Can all care happen online?
Not always. Additional testing, an in-person visit, or another care setting may be needed.
